About the job Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order
according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
Manage / store customer information on the company system
Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Job requirements:

Language Required: Mandarin & Malay
Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)
and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.
Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from
industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
