Key Responsibilities Develop and execute campaigns ads across digital channels such as paid social, paid search, display and programmatic. Collaborate with internal digital marketing team to ensure proper setup of campaign ads according to the best practices. Monitor campaign ads performance and provide data-driven recommendations to meet and exceed client\'s goals. Report monthly, quarterly and annual performance with comparisons against historical forecasts, industry trends and seasonal insights. Proactively perform regular optimisation audit to maximize results. Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends. Assist in development of overall digital marketing strategies. Qualifications / Skills At least three (3) years\' proven experience in campaign ads, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency environment. Familiar with campaign ads platforms and knowledge of campaign ads deliverability best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting and making informed decisions. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Strong command and proficiency in Mandarin and English, Bahasa Malay will be a plus. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign ads simultaneously. Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas. Preferably experienced with Google, Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other innovative ad-tech platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Google Adwords and Analytics certified; other Google certifications will be a plus. Willingness to undertake ad hoc projects when required.
