Description and Requirements

• Planning and developing merchandising strategies to guide country merchandiser lead & retail managers to maximize GSP scoring & improve retail presences
• Partner with AP Marketing team closely to monitor branded fixture & POSM to ensure brand story telling & drive customer traffic with consistence
• Prepares and implements country-wide GSP budget, monitors expenses spending to minimize expenditure and improve efficiency
• Keep abreast of product trends to determine the need of improvements in the store - demo display assortment, planogram & other sales aids inside store
• Provides merchandiser guidelines & control of mechanizer visitation to fit for country product launching need
• Analysis country stores GSP investment with support of sales data to recommend merchandising improvement
• Ensure country POE fulfils company guidelines & processes with highest standards
• Conducts timely & constructive merchandising dashboard on bi-weekly basis to monitor progress
• Collaborating with outsourcing software agency to improve regional data relevancy to sales team
• Remain up to date with industry\'s best practices & up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
