Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any equivalent certificates related to field
Minimum 3 year experience in Captain position.
Good command in both spoken and written English
Good knowledge of food and beverage service
Should have pleasing personality
Familiar with Point of Sales system
Excellent guest service skill, any awards from previous work experience is an advantage
