Performs daily maintenance such as cleaning of ticket readers and printer.
Reports on any malfunctioning of equipment and attempts on-the-spot repairs where possible.
To ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently, breakdown to be reported to security office & car park officer immediately.
Responsible in troubleshooting of potential problems and in performing simple operational maintenance procedures.
Respond expediently to customer complaints and report to Security Office and immediate superior immediately.
Generally, assists members of the public where assistance is required.
Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements.
Responsible to report immediately to Security Office and immediate superior of any safety & security issue, general incident, accident, and traffic flow.
Responsible to ensure each car park level is clean and free of debris and reinforcement tools are in place.
Responsible to perform daily morning checks on all equipment to ensure no tampering, that all are properly locked and secured.
Responsible to perform car park collections on hourly parking basis.
Responsible to maintain various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the car park.
Performs manual barrier arm openings as authorized instructed by car park supervisor in the event of equipment failure.
