Job Description

The Role

In this role, you will be setting up and managing Intellect's clinical operations across our APAC markets that are customised for enterprise clients. This involves hiring clinical and counselling psychologists who can provide virtual and in-person sessions on the client's premises. You will be the first point of contact for the enterprise client, and you will be responsible for planning and deploying clinical staff to provide care services, including individual and group therapy sessions, critical incident stress management (CISM) and mental health/wellness related training sessions. You will also ensure that the Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

You are passionate about destigmatizing mental health, and you adhere to the highest ethical and professional best practice standards.

You will be reporting to Intellect's Clinical Director, and you will be closely working with the Clinical Operations Lead and his team in planning and implementing operational processes. You will also be working very closely with Intellect's Client Success (CS) team.

What You'll Do

  • Assisting the hiring team in onboarding and training clinical and counselling staff for onsite clinical services
  • Implementation of operational processes to meet client's demands for an effective clinical care solution, including crisis helpline, roster management for onsite / virtual care
  • Reviewing and refining clinical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and SOPs
  • Collaboration with enterprise client on delivering Learning & Development content to client's workforce
  • Collaboration with internal commercial, clinical and strategy teams for alignment with commercial demand, internal policies and processes.
  • Continuously refine and improve our clinical and operational processes
  • Conduct talks and workshops at the client's site (on an as needed basis)
Requirements

Who You Are
  • Minimum Masters Degree / Post graduate qualifications in Counselling/Psychology/other mental health-related degrees
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple locations (preferable within the clinical / healthcare sector)
  • Relevant experience of implementing operational processes, including crisis helpline, roster management for onsite/virtual care
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate working experience
  • Must be willing to travel on an as needed basis to the clients' sites in Kuala Lumpur (mainly in Kuala Lumpur Sentral)
