1. 100% online chat sales role
2. Having sales chat with customers on E-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
3. Basic starts from RM 2500 and including Commission can earn up to RM 20,000 a month

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to:

1. Have the ability to sell on the phone as your Top Skill.
2. Be relentless to seize sales opportunities through fast reply to chat, networking and social media.
3. Be sales-minded and actively hit sales targets.
4. Meet requirements in the areas of order fulfillment to ensure customers are satisfied with out fast delivery through good liaison with our warehouse team.
5. A knack for objection handling, persuasive and acting in a fast-paced manner.
6. Be constantly motivated to provide solutions which are in-sync to what the company offers.
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
8. Continuously surpassing in meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia efficiently.
2. Previous telesales experience is not necessary but it is an added plus point.
3. Comfortable in working with E-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
5. A resilient, target-oriented, and a team player with the willingness to learn.
6. Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in the working environment.
7. Must be able to work from office.
8. Able to join immediately.
