Job Description


Responsible for overseeing and managing the cash management and banking operations within the Shared Services Center (SSC).You lead a team of 10 members and ensure the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, cash reconciliations, and banking activities.

  • Oversee the daily cash management operations, including cash application, bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash balances.
  • Review and approve cash transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow activities, identify variances or discrepancies, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable, to ensure smooth cash flow management and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with banking partners, including opening and closing bank accounts, negotiating terms, and resolving any banking-related issues.
  • Stay updated on banking regulations, policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury function to optimize banking processes, evaluate cash management tools, and implement banking-related strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the cash management and banking function.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance controls.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any audit findings related to cash management and banking activities.
  • Implement and maintain robust controls to mitigate risks, prevent fraud, and safeguard cash and banking operations.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications
  • Proven experience 5 years in cash management, banking, or treasury operations, with a focus on leading and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management principles, banking operations, and financial systems.
  • Proficient in using cash management software, SAP, High Radius, Blackline and banking platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and auditors.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
