Key Responsibilities Develop new corporate/non-individual deposit accounts and attract CASA and other deposit products Build up relationships with referral sources and strategic partners Manage customer relationships to spot new business opportunities, understand customers needs and requirements Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimal cross selling opportunities for cash management offerings and digital initiatives in line with the Bank s focus Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC risk assessments of customers profile Regulatory Compliance Keep abreast of regulatory changes and practices for managing and mitigating business risks and people issues Ensure compliance to all internal as well as external policies and regulations such as credit guidelines, risk policies, audit and statutory compliance and regulations Review and monitor portfolio growth and continuous risk assessment of the portfolio Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree or professional qualification in related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an established financial instituions Good understanding of banking products, the domestic and regional business environment Good understanding of EB CB deposits Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statements Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving : Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach Communication : Effectiveness Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; interprets verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate Decision Making : Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels.
