Must have at least 1 year & above in any field. Higher chance if experienced in handling office administrative tasks.
Work experience in cashiering and POS systems.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks & priorities.
Responsibilities
To greet all walk-in prospects and customers with a warm welcome.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Schedule appointments, coordinating with sales and service departments.
Maintain and update customer records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail/warehouse.
Issue bills, receipts, refunds, whether in credit/cash term.
Abide by all company policies and procedures in handling collections.
