Job Description


  • Must have at least 1 year & above in any field. Higher chance if experienced in handling office administrative tasks.
  • Work experience in cashiering and POS systems.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks & priorities.
Responsibilities
  • To greet all walk-in prospects and customers with a warm welcome.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinating with sales and service departments.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail/warehouse.
  • Issue bills, receipts, refunds, whether in credit/cash term.
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures in handling collections.
