Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To report to car park office as per duty roster, thumb print and scan card at 2nd floor management office as well as record in attendance book for both in and out.
- To obtain cash float from Supervisor/Executive and proceed to respective cashier counter.
- To ensure cashier station is opened before 10.00am daily.
- To collect payment from customers and validate their tickets.
- To ensure receipt is given to customer once payment is made.
- To collect lost ticket payment and issue receipt accordingly.
- To ensure all cash is counted, reconciled and matches with Clearance Report.
- To ensure sufficient consumables such as audit rolls, ribbons, and stationaries are available for usage at all times.
- To ensure sufficient forms, such as Lost Ticket Forms, Ticket/ clearance forms are available at all times.
- To ensure work station/booth is clean and tidy at all times.
- To assist Customer Service Staff during their absence when required.
- To patrol car park on a regular basis and report to Supervisor/Executive on any incident immediately.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Preferably with 1 year experience in retail industry (However, fresh school leavers can be accepted)
- Cashier experience
- Must be willing to work in Puchong
- Free parking provided, OT claim
