Responsibilities (What you will do on daily basis):
Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency;
Accurately verify or enter the customer\xe2\x80\x99s information on our systems;
Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations;
Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team;
Keep up to date with Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products, services and policies;
Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;
Prepare your daily transactions record;
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.
Requirements (What we will look for you to have):
Fresh graduate with SPM and above
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends;
Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel;
Cash handling experience is highly preferred;
Strong customer service skills;
A valid work permit is a must.
Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and create outstanding services for the customers
