Responsible for processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system in a retail environment. Duties include balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process sales transactions by accepting payments.
Ensure the price of product is correctly keyed in based on article.
Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change as and when required.
Direct customers to the relevant department in regards to questions about products or services.
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
Report issues on faulty devices or relevant equipment.
Complete report on a daily basis.
Sell vouchers / gift cards as and when required.
Issue out promotional vouchers as and when required and ensure that the balance tallies.
To perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
