Job Responsibility

• Responsible for category sales performance (Offline+Online), margin, stocks and marketing awareness to meet target KPIs.
• Prepare periodic weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning.
• Liaise with suppliers & relevant colleagues on promotion planning and brand building arrangement.
• Establishment and maintenance of productive business relationship with suppliers.
• Negotiation of trading and promotion terms, with administrative cum data analysis management.
• Any other duties as per required by superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least Degree in business management, marketing or other relevant field eg, Health / Pharmacy.
• Possess working experience preferably in retail/fmcg/relevant industries; relevant experience and interest in trading & market trend info
• Strategic thinker, have an eye in detail, good commercial sense and analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision & handle stress, a team player and good time management skills
• Able to establish productive business relationship with suppliers. Strong focus on internal Stakeholder engagement.
