The Category Development Manager is accountable for category development according to the defined strategy in the assigned channel, this to achieve growth and profitability as well as to identify opportunities for the category (per customer) and define and execute all in-store activation plans to grow and to become more profitable. Translate insights into trade argumentations and solutions to achieve category leadership and Perfect Store targets.
