Job Responsibilities:
-Establish and carry out a plan for the relevant category.
-Relationship management with suppliers.
-Manage the management of contracts, and compliance.
-Spend more on contracts than on unrestricted purchases.
-Cost reduction and cost optimization.
-Analyze, keep an eye on, and manage the market trends, index fluctuations, and material cost drivers.
-Establish, carry out, and manage a risk reduction strategy.
-Keep track of any changes to the laws governing the import, handling, storage, or transportation of the relevant category.
-Boost ecologically friendly and sustainable sourcing.
-To perform supplier inspections.
-Together with the procurement operations team, confirm and approve the purchase price of the relevant material.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
-At least Bachelors degree in Commercial or Engineering related studies.
-Minimum 5 years in procurement leadership role with knowledge of working with various employee group.
-Professional certificate in procurement and supply chain.
-Experience with purchasing management in a manufacturing company.
-Knowledge in category management and proven strategic sourcing.
