We are looking for a Category Media Manager to deliver best in class media advertising, supporting the Nestle brands in achieving their objectives through expertise in media planning and strategies and good management of media partner / suppliers. Ensure effective planning and execution of the media strategies and effective advertising campaigns. A day in the life of... Drives effective planning and execution of media strategy, media plan and media campaigns for brand portfolio. Manage key communication partners such as media agency or suppliers. Ensures and directs adherence to all Company principles and guidelines on media/production operations i.e. supplier quotations, invoices, PO/GR and timely processing of all the necessary documents. Responsible in managing Brands\' yearly agency SOW and Fees, Media and Production budget (WBS), thoroughness and compliance in planning and executing. Accountable to proactively drive media discussion and providing sound media advice. Support the Group Media Manager to ensure adoption of Integrated Communication Planning (tool) with high potential for earned media. Responsible for efficient negotiation on a project by project basis and effective management of media suppliers for projects assigned. Support Group Media Manager in developing and ensuring the execution of media training programmes to ensure Marketing community are fully briefed on media communication issues and the impact on brand communications, and impact and value of new and evolving data sources. What will make you successful 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising or media with key communication agency or client. Strong functional skill, subject matter expertise and leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams. Demonstrates record of success in managing good communication campaigns based on advertising and media knowledge. Good exposure and liaison experience with communication partners.
