Job Summary:

The Catering Marketing cum Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting catering sales and marketing activities while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination between clients, kitchen, and operations teams. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a dynamic catering environment.

Job Scope:

Assist in promoting and marketing catering services to new and existing clients through calls, emails, and social media. Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic marketing materials to support sales and promotional activities. Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure catering orders and deliveries are executed accurately and on time. Maintain and update client databases, inquiries, and follow-up records systematically. Handle administrative tasks including documentation, invoicing, and filing related to sales and catering operations. Support marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and corporate events to enhance brand presence. Provide general support to the Marketing and Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum

degree

in

Marketing, Hospitality,Business Administration

or related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or F&B administration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

SQL systems

and familiar with

social media

marketing (Instagram/Tiktok/Threads/X/Facebook/LinkedIn and etc).*
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
