Perform a variety of functions at the Central Kitchen including receiving, inspecting, processing and issuing food items and suppliers; assure food service items and supplies are delivered, prepared and picked up in a timely manner.
Inventory, fill and process daily food service orders; prepare and arrange food items and supplies for outgoing outlet deliveries; arrange orders and delivered to meet outlets needs and timelines; pull, pack, sort and count items and supplies according to established procedure; assure distribution activities comply with safety and sanitation requirements.
Assist with receiving incoming Central Kitchen deliveries; unload and inspect shipments for damage and conformity to invoice specifications and packing slips; sort, shelve and store items as directed.
Maintain a variety of records related to outlets and Central Kitchen orders, monthly inventory and assigned activities.
Assist on all documentations to HALAL/HACCP
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm
Must be willing to work on Sunday and Public Holidays when required
Exceptional people skills with excellent communication skills
Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and a team player
