Description

• Supervise and ensure production method follows the standard set by the company

• Develop and improve SOPs related to food quality

• Analyze production data and productivity and continuously improve operational efficiency

• Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance to cost, quality and consistency

• Manage the receiving and sending of raw materials and inventory of related supplies

• Hire, train, schedule and develop kitchen staff

• Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities

• Comply with all applicable health and food safety regulations

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

• Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a company in the food and beverage industry

• Understanding of principles of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management System

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Organized and detail oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (strong English is a must)

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
