Job Requirements :

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of spare parts and consumables management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage). Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping, and organizational skills. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (maintenance, engineering, purchasing). Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including incoming/receiving, labelling, storage, and item issuance based on FIFO/FEFO to users. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all warehouse transactions and documentation. Monitor and manage item rejections, return packaging, and discrepancies. Lead and coordinate monthly stock takes, reconciliation and investigate discrepancies. Raise PR for stock replenishment on weekly basis. Track and follow up on PR-PO conversion, ETA dates and item deliveries. Work closely with other departments to resolve outstanding issues, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations. Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Supervise storekeepers, ensure discipline, and assist with administrative and operational tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
