We are seeking a responsible, friendly and organised
Admin / Receptionist
to support daily centre operations, student management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Student Administration
Handle student registration and enrolment
Maintain student records and attendance
Provide course and academic information to students and parents
Centre Operations
Manage class schedules and coordinate with instructors
Support recruitment activities and daily centre operations
Finance & Payment Administration
Record and verify student payments
Issue receipts, invoices, quotations and payment vouchers
Prepare Statements of Account (SOA)
Monitor outstanding payments and prepare payment reports
Customer & Client Relations
Handle walk-in clients, calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Manage feedback and complaints professionally
Administrative Support
Data entry, filing, letter preparation, reporting
Maintain office supplies and documentation
Other Duties
Assist other departments and perform tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Able to work on
weekends (mandatory)
Able to
start immediately
or within short notice
Minimum
SPM / Diploma / Degree
1-2 years relevant experience
is an advantage
Decent English communication skills
Possess
D driving licence & own transport
Friendly, presentable and enjoys working with children
Able to work independently and multitask
Good administrative and communication skills

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
