Responsible for the issuance of Product Certificate of Conformity (certificate) based on result of the Product Certification Committee (PCC) meeting.
Preparation and submission of document end certificates to be signed by Director and Chairman to complete the certificates requirement.
Preparation and submission of Collection Letter to certificate holder for all issued certificates through fax, email and postage.
Monitoring the collection of certificate in term of payment, collection by hand or collection by courier.
Follow up with customer if the certificates are not collected within specific time to make sure the information regarding the collection of the certificate is In customer knowledge.
Handling courier of documents; certificates, lest report, etc.
Assist customer regarding certificate status and other certification process inquiry through phone call and email.
Distribution of original copy of certificate for Website and Senarai Bahan/Barangan Binaan Tempatan (SBBT) to the incumbent in-charge.
Scan, rename and update original master copy of certificate In Google Drive as main reference to other staff.
Record all certificates issued in database system to be monitored by HOD
Proper safekeeping of the Master Copy for the all certificates issued.
Assist customer for application of Certified True Copy (CTC) of certificate.
Issuance of CTO invoices for certificate, test report and 3" Party Inspection to be submitted to customer through fax, email and postage.
Assist existing and new customer regarding the application of SBET through phone and email by providing them with complete documents, forms and information.
Issuance of pro-forma invoices and invoices for SBBT to all customers who are previously applied and to new applied customer.
Issuance of official Letter of Acceptance for successful new application of SBBT.
Assist incumbent in-charge for publication of SBBT to expedite the process of publication.
Assemble Information of Malaysia's ministries, local governments and regulators personals; name, designation, address and contact information.
Issuance of formal letter of complimentary to every selected ministries, local governments and regulators to be submitted together with SBBT as IKRAM QA complimentary.
Postage of SBBT to selected ministries, local governments and regulators, applied SIRIM
License holder, and all IKRAM QA local certificate holders.
Handling the process of sales of the SBBT from application, issuance of formal letter, invoicing and posting.
Maintaining all documents and records pertaining certificates collection, issuances and other related certificate matters to be available when needed
Maintaining all documents and records pertaining SBBT, couriered, returned couriered, bought, invoice, formal letter, appreciation letter, list of receiver, etc.
Involve in Quality Procedure reviewing and updating.
Temporary ad-hock for account units lo Issue receipts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in internal training.
Performs other related duties as required.
