Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for various projects and initiatives

\xe2\x96\xaa Integrate change management activities into master project plan.
\xe2\x96\xaa Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. \xe2\x96\xaa Develop appropriate communications and engagement plan to support the change strategy, including obtaining necessary reviews and approvals for execution, as well as highlighting and addressing related risks/issues. \xe2\x96\xaa Engage corporate/business communication team to deliver communication materials as required and track the progress of design and development activities to ensure on-time delivery. \xe2\x96\xaa Develop appropriate training approach and plan, including training needs analysis, to ensure the right fit and delivery of required training needs. \xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with business to provide input, document requirements and support in the design and delivery of training program followed by tracking progress and addressing risk/issues in training phase. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is updated for operations reference before project goes live.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, human resources, communication, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in change management in a large and complex organization
Experience in managing full change management cycles for project delivery
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering organizational change projects
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to adapt to changing situations and cope with ambiguity
