About the Role

This is a role that works closely with business units to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and ensuring the implementation of change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption/usage by impacted users and minimise resistance after a change initiative/project is rolled out. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, return of investment (ROI) and achievement of results.

  • Create change strategy to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Integrate change management activities into master project plan.
  • Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Engage corporate/business communication team to deliver communication materials as required and track the progress of design and development activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support business in the design and delivery of training programme followed by tracking progress and addressing risk/issues in training phase.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is updated for operations reference before project goes live.
  • Identify the needs of Target Operating Model (TOM) review and work closely with Human Resource Department and resource owner on approach and implementation.
  • Evaluate and manage user readiness for cutover.
  • Measure success metrics and monitor change progress after roll-out period.
  • Performance Metrics: Based on Performance Management goals set and Critical Capabilities (typically project based delivery metrics, budget management).
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from a recognized University preferably majoring in Business Administration, Communication or related field. Certified change management practitioner will be at advantage.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably from large financial, telecommunication, health service or information technology industries.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Strong stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management and people influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to establish strong relationships within short period of time and maintain it effectively.
  • Able to independently execute projects within scope, budget, expected output with excellence.
  • Detailed orientated, and keenness for evident by numbers and analytics.
  • Flexible and adaptable to project environment to embrace the change.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and familiar with project management methodology & lifecycle.
