Change Management Coordinator - Database Services

We will count on you to:

• Review, validate, approve and align DBA resources to Change Requests received by Database Services team
• Prioritize changes and confirm change initiator\xe2\x80\x99s assessment of emergency status, priority and impact settings
• Assist in the day-to-day scheduling and processing of Change Requests
• Ensure that standardized methods, processes, and procedures are used for all Changes
• Provide administrative assistance and monitor process effectiveness
• Participate in process evaluation and improvement activities
• Escalate Change Management issues to management
• Continually identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies
• Prepare and distribute meeting documentation
• Manage change communications
• Review and maintain process documentation
• Educate process participants on the process and supporting procedures & tools

What you need to have:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or an educational equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years professional experience in the fields of IT application and compliance
• In depth understanding of Change Management processes
• Experience in using IT service Management/ Service Desk tools (like ServiceNow)
• Basic understanding of common database technologies (like Oracle/SQL Server) is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
