Assessing the effects of change and identifying important stakeholders
Creating a risk assessment matrix and change management strategy, as well as strategies for training and communication
Create a model for Emergency Hotfix/Change and its requirements.
Planning and carrying out messaging to make sure the message reaches all users who may be affected.
Scheduling and organizing training to guarantee that everyone is appropriately educated and taught to follow the Change Management method
Monitoring the success of change management initiatives and the readiness of businesses
Assisting individuals and groups in embracing change, new technologies, or innovative working methods
Examine and uphold important SDLC project milestones, papers, and standards relevant to testing.
Manage and monitor defects using HP ALM, JIRA, and TRELLO software.
Submit suggestions for establishing test policies, rules, and best practices.
Encourage project and initiative post-mortem analyses with suggestions for improvement.
Regularly communicate with business, technical, program, and project management teams.
Examine software documentation to confirm its technical completeness and accuracy.
Ensure that server-side components and end-user applications are designed, tested, and verified to fulfill functional requirements.
Executing test strategies for units, systems, integration, performance, and regression
Job Requirements:
Candidates require a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, post-graduate diploma, professional degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent.
Any knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server query language is advantageous.
Relevant expertise in transformation program change management, including stakeholder assessment, change effect analysis, organizational design, communication planning, training assistance, and business preparedness.
Expertise with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong problem-solving capabilities, established design expertise, and track record of delivery
Strong verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to manage a company environment that is constantly growing and coping with tight deadlines.
