Responsible for the development, planning, tracking & evaluation of channel strategies & programs for Modern Trade channel specific. Required to work with the field sales teams and third party agency to deliver activation plan efficiently and effectively. Required so support Marketing and Business Strategy on channel specific insights. Responsible to establish strategic POSM development as part of execution excellence.
Key Accountabilities:Revenue & Volume
Develop trade strategies for Modern Trade, focusing on drivers (distribution, visibility, product assortment, promotions and pricing) in order to deliver category revenues and volumes for assigned channel(s)
Identify and manage channel opportunities
Provide MT channel insights to support revenue and volume gap closures
Channel Development & Execution
Accountable for identifying and analysing MT channel trends
Formulate and execute trade marketing strategies and plans for MT
Create and maintain channel profiles
Coordinate & work with Business Strategy Manager (MT) to provide actionable channel insights to support channel strategy
Report and analyse competitors\' channel strategies and tactics; translate impact onto business plans
Review category performance against plan for MT channel
Customer Development
Coordinate & work to develop compellingselling story to support key account sales selling & management
Coordinate & work with Key Account Managers to plan & execute customer specific programs
Support the KA team during their annual customer Joint Business Plan process thru provision of channel, category & shopper trends and implication to business to drive growth.
Execution Excellence
Responsible to plan, execute & review the Perfect Store Standards for all NPD launch in MT channel to ensure our execution is on track vs plan
Develop in-store initiatives and pilot programs
Develop strategic Brand related POS materials, Event Thematic / Campaign plans in line with the overall Brand plan and Category strategic plans objectives.
Skills & Experience:
University graduate majoring in Marketing or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Trade Marketing / Key Account Sales / Consumer Research, ideally in a multinational / FMCG industries / Research Agencies
Solid knowledge in trade marketing in modern trade and general trade channels
