Channel Executive is responsible for partner recruitment and onboarding objectives. The Channel Executive represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. The Channel Executive reports to the Managing Director.
What will you do?
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel qualifying and recruitment of new partner accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales support, pre-sales, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
Meets assigned targets of identifying, shortlisting and on-boarding new partners.
Onboarding the new partners and explaining the roles & responsibilities of partners in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s ecosystem.
Brief and handover the newly recruited partner to the assigned Territory Account Manager.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Ensure partner is clear and have full understanding of Company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Job requirements
In order to be successful you need;
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of channel sales experience in a business to-business sales environment
Proficient in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with business mining tools, and sales oriented software tools.
