And our global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognised for your passion to perform.We are currently seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist II to join Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insights and identify patterns.\xc2\xb7 Utilize historical data, market research, and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections.\xc2\xb7 Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management, including performance of sales initiatives and promotions. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with third parties to ensure incentive rebates and marketing development funds are calculated and paid out in line with corporate policies\xc2\xb7 Process partner applications to join the partner program, including sending of contracts\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Overall, a channel analyst plays a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.You Must Have\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 0-3 years of experience in sales analytics or project management position\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Experience of creating/maintaining Tableau or Power BI dashboards is highly desirable. Specific knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP an advantage\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\xc2\xb7 Experience of working in cross-functional and virtual teams desirable, as well as willingness to work across timezonesAbout UsThe world is changing.
