About the role

Work Location: 1 Powerhouse, Selangor Malaysia
Reporting To: Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, Supplements, APMEA
Travel: 20% within SEA

The Proactive Health (PAH) Marketing Specialist will assist in the implementation and execution of the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) Proactive Health Strategy. This person will be responsible for supporting marketing activation plans to ensure that Kerry\'s differentiated propositions are clearly tailored and communicated. Partnering with the Global PAH marketing teams, APMEA country activation & regional EUM marketing leads to ensure integrated execution of the strategy to support delivery of the APMEA PAH strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting and delivering the APMEA PAH marketing activation plan to deliver profitable growth and financial performance.
• Partner with global, regional, and local marketing, business development & other cross functional teams to drive impactful and successful implementation of strategy & engagement with key customers.
• Developing and own a comprehensive understanding of channel dynamics, consumer trends, local go-to-market strategies, key customers positions and strategies for priority markets and need states.
• Partner with regional insights team to deliver compelling proprietary market and consumer insights and impactful strategic recommendations.
• Support in Development & Execution of key PAH APMEA Marketing activities:

• Support in localisation & communication of Kerry\'s differentiated value propositions
• Support in development and execution of global & regional campaigns & promotional activities
• Assist in tailoring global and regional content to ensure local market impact.
• Lead agency (& internal team) briefs for impactful and regionally relevant communications
• Management of the APMEA PAH Marketing Asset Library & SharePoint
• Management of the APMEA PAH Commercial Calendar
• Lead execution of Trade Shows in close collaboration with local marketing & BD teams
• Build and communicate new wins/ success stories.

• Participate in select customer/event engagements with consumer and market driven.
• Management of APMEA PAH Marketing budget

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Science related field (MBA highly desirable).
• Minimum 2 years Marketing experience in a similar role
• Leadership and project management skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, managing deadlines and internal & external stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) & dynamic presentation skills.
