We are looking for a Channel Sales Operation Executive to ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for NCM accounts & Region Chain accounts to deliver sustainable & profitable channel growth

A day in the life of...

  • Work with CDM/TMM/NCM/HEG - account managers on CP&M promotional planning, execution & customise POSM for account specifics, Account Management scheme sales tracking and action plans to achieve targets.
  • Main coordinator for Region Chain account Channel
- Management of Accounts Management scheme
- CP&M Promotional trade activities to drive sales to achieve targets
- Coordinate with all RSDMs on execution of Trade activities as per plan
- Management of the trade funds (to be within plan budget). * Responsible to coordinate sell out sales performance of every account

- Update NCM/Region Chain accounts Sales Performance.
- Work and assist BSOM/RSDM across the region to achieve Sell Out Sales Target.
- Field work to address any sales opportunities to drive sales, increase visibility and freezer placement. * Drive Product Distribution & Merchandising Standard Guidelines

- Timely implementation of promotional activities
- Channel planogram and merchandising standard guideline
- Maximise usage of current POS materials and no obsolete POSM
- NPD distribution guideline * Business Development

- New Outlet/Account opening & freezer placement
- New Business opportunities/Channel & Category Growth. * Gather insights & information market intelligence

- Competitor\'s activity
- Attend consumer complaint. * Attend Accouns MOR & Customer Business Review

What will make you successful
  • Minimum diploma in any related discipline (SPM qualification for sales reps with min 2 - 4 years experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people.
  • Capacity to understands sales function i.e. General Trade, Customer Management, Field Work.
