It has been designed to create global consistency within our processes, building best practices and to promote collaboration with our Commercial team.What You Will Be Doing:The Sales Operation Executive will be working in a dynamic team and responsible for providing the best in class support to our client base globally and collaborating with the Commercial team to support their needs. This role will require you to provide telephone and online technical support to Mintel users; process and set up contracts on the Salesforce CRM system; solve basic technical problems within our back-end systems as they arise. You will be sitting in a global team, Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement, which will provide plently of opportunities to ensure that we provide the right support to our Data Management and Reporting team, and work closely with our Finance team to ensure quality control and enable them to smooth the invoicing and revenue accounting processes.You\'ll be:
