It has been designed to create global consistency within our processes, building best practices and to promote collaboration with our Commercial team.What You Will Be Doing:The Sales Operation Executive will be working in a dynamic team and responsible for providing the best in class support to our client base globally and collaborating with the Commercial team to support their needs. This role will require you to provide telephone and online technical support to Mintel users; process and set up contracts on the Salesforce CRM system; solve basic technical problems within our back-end systems as they arise. You will be sitting in a global team, Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement, which will provide plently of opportunities to ensure that we provide the right support to our Data Management and Reporting team, and work closely with our Finance team to ensure quality control and enable them to smooth the invoicing and revenue accounting processes.You\'ll be:

  • Working alongside other members of the Sales Operation team to provide support on technical matters to our user base and redirect them to right people
  • Ensuring all clients are equipped with accessing the Mintel Portal, are able to login and accessing the right content
  • Processing client contracts in Salesforce and assisting our Commercial team with our CRM and Portal systems.
  • Working with our Finance team to ensure information are timely and correctly updated to enable them to invoice at the right time
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and support them with creations of order forms and agreements with our clients
  • Liase with our IT and Product Development teams to continue to improve our processes, procedures and fix issues.
  • Assist in the strategy, development and deployment of our sales processes and procedures as related to our CRM, Portal and Access Management systems.
  • Work Hours - Ideally we are looking for someone willing to work 2am to 10.30am local time

  • Flexible: this role is designed to cover Americas time zones, so it will be an night shift, with the option to have 9-to-5 working hours during company and team events.
