Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plan to minimize interruption to the power export of the biogas plant and palm oil mill operation including report preparation from such activity.
Responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of 11kV and LV electrical system of the biogas plant, mill, office building, switchboards and other related electrical system of the plant and machines.
Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all equipment and electrical instrument and propose required actions for improvement.
Provide field operation and maintenance support to the Mill Manager.
Ensure all requirement complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga\xe2\x80\x99s regulation.
Liaise with related authorities to meet the statutory and regulatory requirement.
Fully in charge of stepping up transformer room, electrical and instrumentation installation.
To liaise with TNB in the event of trips and breakdown from both ends.
Order replacement parts, communicate, direct, and manage contractors on maintenance or repairing tasks.
Supervise operation/maintenance team and contractors during maintenance and servicing of the plants.
Carry out in house electrical works including maintenance, inspection and testing as assigned by the management
Lead and manage a team of wiremen/technicians to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities
