Job Description
Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Chat Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by engaging with our customers who reach out to us via social media platforms. The candidate must be fluent in Japanese and have excellent communication and writing skills in both Japanese and English. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with our customers via social media platforms and resolve customer complaints and inquiries through chat conversations.
- Keep an up-to-date record of all customer interactions and communicate product feedback to the relevant department.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide recommendations and solutions to deliver the best customer experience.
- Follow standard operating procedures related to customer engagement, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service practices and promote brand loyalty.
- Fluent in spoken and written Korean and English.
- Proficient in using social media platforms
- Experience in customer service roles or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of cultural differences and norms is an advantage.
