Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet\'s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximizing associates\' satisfaction while operating within budget. The Chef de Cuisine - Associate Restaurant is expected to be on board in May 2024 . Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma / degree in Culinary Education. Work experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in international hotel / F&B establishment are preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Proficient in general computer knowledge, strong organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills are essential.
