Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals that reflect the resort's standards. Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to hygiene and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage daily operations and deliver prompt service. Assist in menu planning and creative dish development. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper food storage and inventory management.

Requirements:

At least 2+ years experience Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest service.
