Inpatient Chef is responsible to ensure the overall operation of inpatient food services is in accordance to the hospital requirements, food safety, local regulatory standards, and accreditation. \xe2\x97\x8f Managing day to day operation in food production \xe2\x97\x8f Inpatient menu planning and standardized recipes \xe2\x97\x8f Manage stock level \xe2\x97\x8f Manage food cost and minimize food waste \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate duty roster \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct orientation and provide training \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor personal hygiene of staffs and food operation area cleanliness \xe2\x97\x8f Manage customer complaints \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor equipment \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor inventory \xe2\x97\x8f Able to submit monthly records Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum SPM or certificate in culinary arts \xc2\xb7 3- 4 years experiences in the related industry or diploma/degree in culinary arts/management. \xc2\xb7 Typhoid inoculation and up to date. \xc2\xb7 Certificate of Food Handlers Training \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in Asian and Western cooking \xc2\xb7 Comply infection control. \xc2\xb7 Do planning, organizing and directing activities of kitchen staff. \xc2\xb7 Able to speak, read and write basic Bahasa Malaysia and English, knowledge of other languages will be of added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Benefits:
