Company Description A Bar Restaurant serving fusion authentic dishes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef in our Ipoh location. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in our restaurant, collaborating with the kitchen team to create new recipes, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing inventory and supplies. The Chef must be able to work flexible hours. The Chef must be expert in Indian dishes especially Biryani. Qualifications Previous experience as a Chef or restaurant cook Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Valid Food Handler\'s Permit or willingness to obtain one Professional culinary training or degree from a culinary school is preferred
