- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Ensure strict cleanliness in food preparation and in the kitchen (Non- Halal)
- Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issue with vendors promptly
- Follow the budget established by the management.
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to patient in timely fashion
- Maintain the schedule for kitchen staff
- Monitor food and labor cost
- Check freshness of food and ingredients.
