1 year minimum relevant work experience.
Familiar with Malay cuisine.
SPM or above. Culinary school graduates are welcome.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prepare ingredients and dishes including occasional catering orders.
Experience in inventory management and material planning is a plus
