Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is plated and presented professionally and attractively. Contribute to the creation of new menu items, seasonal dishes, and promotional specials. Manage daily kitchen activities to maintain smooth operations and consistent food quality. Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies. Maintain proper food storage, preparation, and handling in line with health and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements :



Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts is an advantage. 1-3 years of relevant kitchen experience (additional experience required for senior positions). Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Good understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Able to work well under pressure and collaborate with a team.
