Job Responsibility Preparation work of kitchen opening and closing operation hours. Maintain strict discipline, good hygiene and cleanliness of self and kitchen to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Producing healthy and tasty food at all times while maintaining a great presentation to attract more people recommending how good our food is. Ensure Food Quality, production, sanitation, food cost control and presentation. Observe stock-flow in the kitchen so that now ingredients run out and take initiative to place order or ask for help or assist. Assist in monthly stock take. Job Requirements Past experience as a working chef. Some knowledge of the culinary arts. Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control. Portfolio of creative, unique dishes. Good multitasking ability. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. No work experience is ok as long as you are willing to learn. Please take note that We do not provide Hostel. Preferably based in Kuala Lumpur.
