At least 5 years experience in similar capacity in
fine dining / Asian & Western food
Creative thinking and fine food presentation
knowledge of food hygiene
Able to create promotions and understand food costs is an added advantage
Able to create dish(s) is an added advantage
Customer oriented and excellent working relationships at all levels
