Job Description
Work location: IKON Mall Taman Connaught Cheras JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coordinate and preparation of cooking
- Prepare and check daily menu to determine ingredient to use
- Manage and train other kitchen members
- Manage and purchase raw material for quality and cost control
- Any other ad-hoc task from time to time
- Malaysian citizen or PR holder only
- Able to work on shift rotation basis
- Specializes in Western, Local and Fusion cooking
- Must be able to work in alcohol themed industry (no alcohol pork free cooking, restaurant is combined with bar)
- Comfortable working in weekend and Public Holiday
- Minimum have 3 years related experience in kitchen
- Possess great attitude and teamworking effort
