Responsible to ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
Responsible for the planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
Responsible to overseeing all kitchen operations.
Responsible for the stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
Responsible to ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Responsible to create and propose to the Management for the new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Keeping up to date with industry trends.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT :
With a minimum education level of SPM and above.
Culinary certification or degree from a culinary school is preferred.
3-5 years food service or restaurant experience required.
Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances.
Able to communicate (read and write) well in Chinese/Mandarin.
Have good physical fitness, hardworking, loyal and honest, diligent and conscientious, someone who love their job, and possess strong sense of hospitality service
