Maverick School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious and delicious meals for our students and staff. We are looking for someone with a passion for culinary arts, a creative approach to cooking, and the ability to cater to the diverse dietary needs of our school community. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Culinary Degree / Diploma / Certification from a recognized culinary institute or equivalent experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with optional proficiency in Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years of experience working as a Chef in a reputable establishment or educational institution \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for culinary arts and a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and international cuisines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt recipes and menus to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a kitchen team \xe2\x80\xa2 Creativity and a willingness to explore new flavors and culinary ideas \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and weekends as required for special events or functions
