- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel's general guidelines for service recovery.
- Reviews weekly forecasts and schedules Team Members accordingly.
-Is ever-present at the Concierge Desk and supervises operations.
- Ensures the concierge team is always up-to-date with the latest and recommends the best outside companies.
- Follows up and follows through on requests by guests for reservations at outside facilities such as restaurants, tours etc.
- Coordinates and check on all airport transfer requests.
- Ensures that messages, mails, faxes, packages and flowers are delivered to guests promptly and properly recorded.
