Reviews weekly forecasts and schedules Team Members accordingly.
Is ever-present at the Concierge Desk and supervises operations.
Ensures the concierge team is always up-to-date with the latest and recommends the best outside companies.
Follows up and follows through on requests by guests for reservations at outside facilities such as restaurants, tours etc.
Coordinates and check on all airport transfer requests.
Ensures that messages, mails, faxes, packages and flowers are delivered to guests promptly and properly recorded.
