Our client is a fast-growing provider of business solutions software. Their leading cloud-based platform is known for its scalability and accessibility to the market, having been optimally designed to improve employee experience and streamline operations. They cater towards mid to large sized organisations, with plans to expand their current portfolio and aiming for x5 growth in the next 5-7 years.As CEO, you will lead the company to achieving new heights through effective strategic and operational objectives. You will direct the company as it transforms from a licensed-based to SaaS-based model, continuing business growth through expanding product offerings and targeting new customers locally and across the region.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Participate in capability building through hiring high-performing talents and developing the existing workforce.
- Expand the customer base by developing business development strategies with the sales team.
- Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Consistently deliver profit targets.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years\' senior leadership experience within software, preferably in SaaS-based applications.
- Experienced in P&L ownership.
- Understanding of SaaS business models.
- Ability to drive market share and profit growth.
- Experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Flexible and adaptable in fast paced environments.
